Clear, engaging, and shareable content is critical to maximizing your organization’s success on social media platforms. In this session, we’ll look at how GAO created clear, engaging content through its Fast Facts initiative. We’ll also cover some of the technical steps needed to make content on GAO.gov more easily shareable on social media platforms.
 
Learn how to boost engagement on social media, including how to: 
  • Understand the value of clear language in presenting information (even highly technical information) to the public
  • Think about how you can engage participants from across the agency in improving public communication
  • Know how your agency’s web pages can be optimized for sharing on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
