Jacques Arsenault is Digital Communications Manager for the U.S. Government Accountability Office. In this role, he leads GAO’s social and digital media efforts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and the GAO Watchblog. He also manages the agency’s audio and video production efforts, including report-related videos, live chats, and a regular podcast series. He started at GAO as an analyst covering issues including education, environmental policy, and federal contracting.

Prior to GAO, Jacques held public affairs and organizational strategy positions in the nonprofit and higher education sectors. He holds an MA in Public Policy and a BA in American Studies from Georgetown University, and teaches courses on social media strategy for Georgetown’s School of Continuing Studies.
