Tracy Imm, ABC, APR is a business communicator with two decades of leadership and project management experience in a variety of sectors. She is currently the Director of Public Affairs for the Maryland Insurance Administration where she is responsible for internal and external communications with industry and consumers. Before the Insurance Commission role, Tracy was the Director-Corporate Communications for Erickson Living, the nation’s leader in senior housing headquartered in Baltimore. In that role, she was responsible for leading employee communications, diversity and inclusion and corporate social responsibility. Tracy routinely speaks at industry conferences on employee engagement and communications, business leadership and technology. She also serves as an adjunct professor at McDaniel College and Notre Dame University of Maryland.
